The Bill (Reg. No.5146) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Economic Associations", "On Public Associations", "On Legal Practice", "On Museums" and certain other acts to harmonize them with the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individuals-Entrepreneurs" and the Civil Code of Ukraine.
The Bill was drafted to create a unified system of State registration of legal entities and eliminate present discrepancies between the provisions of the Laws on registration and certain other Laws regulating the procedure of State registration and termination of certain types of legal entities.
The Committee members forwarded the Bill for further adjustment to the profile Committee.
